I am a past Medifast user and so ordering the specific products was easy and fast. Medifast's Chicken with Wild Rice Soup is an excellent 100-calorie serving. Microwave easy. I cover mine with a coffee filter, and cook on level "7" to keep it from boiling over. Let it stand a few minutes to soften up the rice. I have lost over 70 pounds by following Medifast's "Five plus One" plan, and you can, too! Just learn to tell yourself "no," or, even better, "not yet." Remember, NOTHING tastes as good as skinny feels!

Today is my first day on Medifast. The Hot Coco, Peanut Butter Bar and MD Crab Soup are all very tasty. MD Soup is really good. The supplier was out of a few of my items, but they emailed me promptly to inform me and have me make another selection. Placed order on 12/23, received on 12/30. I'm happy!!

First let me say that I was impressed by the timely arrival of my products. I have tried Medifast in the past so I knew that it worked. The hardest part for me was finding the food items that I liked the most. My favorite items are the cereal, bars, and shakes, so I tend to stick with what I know. I lost 7lbs in the first week. :-)

was pleased to find a way to try a variety of Medifast products without having to sign up for the whole program. The ordering process was very easy, and my food was shipped immediately. I haven't tried everything yet, but have found the bars to be good. They are satisfying as a meal or snack, and I don't feel the urge to raid the pantry between meals. Now that was a nice surprise! The bars do have an underlying soy taste (I think), but the chocolate/peanut butter help keep this flavor in the background. I ordered the brownies and found that I have to cook them...another surprise. Stir water and product in small provided tray and pop into the microwave for a minute...who doesn't like a warm brownie, evey if the main ingredient is soy. I haven't tried the shakes yet, but maybe will have for lunch today.

Absolutely love the peanut butter and mint chocolate bar! Also the orange cream shake and Swiss mocha shake I use them both over shaved ice...Excellent ! This seller sends items by far the fastest I ever have received and they even send a sample pack! Hope this helps

The Medifast Peanut Butter bars do not taste like diet bars let alone low-carb, high protein ones! They are also one of my favorite Medifast bars, next to the Chocolate Crunch. The peanut butter tastes authentic and the top of the bar is drizzled with a bit of chocolate. I usually order several boxes of these and they almost seem like an indulgent desert.
I have used Medifast products for the last four months and lost a lot of weight. The Peanut Butter bars make it very easy to stay on plan
