Works for me! So far, so Very good! After searching through the many Coffee Bean Extract options out on the internet, I decided to purchase NatureWise's product the week before Christmas. Svetol green coffee bean extract! I've been taking this for about 10 days now and am happy to report that I've lost 2 pounds without making any changes to my diet or exercise. For me, 2 pounds is huge. I haven't been able to lose weight like this unless I'm on a serious diet and then it all just comes right back when I go off my diet. This time, no dieting. I'm tired of bouncing back after all my efforts. So I'm not doing anything different and I've already lost 2 pounds. I'm very happy.

Really effective stuff! I tried the 800mg first and they didn't work. I tried the ultra pure gca and I lost about 8lbs in a month and I missed the last 2 days(2 weeks of that month I counted calories 1400/daily). I'm 5'2 and hit my weight peak in January weighing 167lbs. Now I'm 159. Its been about 3 weeks since I've taken any and my 9lbs is still gone. I don't exercise everyday or eat salads. I do try to eat a lot of vegetables. Also I was barely ever drinking water. Instead of just drinking 8oz with each pill, I tried to drink a whole bottle. I have received my free bottle of NatureWise Ultra Pure GCA. The only thing the company asked me to do was write a review about it. I'm being honest with this review because I've tried ketones (not NatureWise), slim quick, and hydroxy cut with no effectiveness (just a caffeine addiction). Before I start again on April 1st, 2013 I plan on doing a detox so maybe I can lose more this time. Good luck!!!

Has both GCA and Svetol! I bought this product because it had both GCA and Svetol, and I wasn't able to find any others that had both. From what I've read, I know they are essentially the same thing, just different brands of green coffee extract, but I wanted to find something with both so I could get the subtle benefits that each had to offer. I don't know what my experience would have been with one or the other, but I'm happy to say that I've lost an inch around my waist since I started taking this, and I hope it continues. I haven't noticed any adverse effects so far, although it has been difficult for me to drink a full glass of water right before meals. I usually don't like to drink a lot of water before meals, but I'm doing it anyway. I read an article online that said it helps the extract get absorbed into the body because it's water-soluble. I don't know if this is a better brand than any other, but it's the only one I've found so far that has both recommended ingredients, and it's working good for me.

A beneficial addition to diet and exercise! I've been taking SVETOL Green Coffee Bean Extract Ultra Pure with GCA for three weeks, though I started my diet two weeks prior. I've lost 10 lbs total; 6 lbs since I began taking the green coffee bean extract. Though it's far too early to evaluate this product, I like what is happening to my body. I'm finding that it is (almost) effortless to drop two pounds each week, and I've experienced no untoward side effects. I will be updating this review monthly. Never lost weight this fast! I have been using this product for a month and have lost over twenty pounds...this includes three days of eating everything in site, for my birhtday, and Valentines. I am also not as hungry and still lose or at least not gain weight on the days I'm not dieting...and for me, that's amazing.

Amazing product that does work. 4 lbs gone in 2 weeks. No side effects and plenty of energy! My wife and I lead very busy lives and are unable to hit the gym. We decided to try this because of the reviews and stories of real weightloss. Let me tell you that ths product hasmade me a believer. I have already lost 4 lbs in only 12 days. This is not wTer weight loss. My wife has lost 5 lbs. We have been taking it according to instructions 30 minutes before each meal 3 times a day and I am shocked at the weight loss of fat arround my waist. The real deal! I'm a little over halfway through my bottle so I will have to update, but the first few days I was losing a pound a day! I decided to put the scale away because I was getting obsessed, but I feel great and my snacking and night time eating has decreased significantly. I'm excited to see what the scale says in a few weeks, I was really struggling to get motivated prior to the coffee bean extract. There was nothing to lose other than money I would have spent on some other product, but being pure, and the great reviews won me over.
